Produced from the exceptional 2014 vintage, the Hardys 165th Anniversary Cabernet Sauvignon Shiraz was sourced from old vines, hand-picked, fermented in traditional open vats and matured in French oak barriques.
This wine reflects the blending prowess of Thomas Hardy, the father of South Australia's wine industry. It highlights the outstanding individual characteristics of McLaren Vale, Frankland River and Coonawarra in a richly crafted and powerful style that will live for decades in the bottle.
Celebrated Australian artist, John Olsen, designed the label artwork. He was commissioned by Hardys Wines in 1982 to create an art series that captured the texture, flavour and intensity of Hardys.
